The entire complexion is refined, refreshed, rejuvenated, tightened and smoothed. The first positive changes can be noticed after just a few days. The full effect develops over a few months.
FAQ Skin resurfacing CO2 laser
Immediately after the treatment, you can expect a feeling similar to sunburn that lasts for a few hours. There is a possibility of redness and swelling after the treatment. You can be prepared for dead skin to fall off the treatment area. This is a natural skin renewal process that can take 5 to 10 days.
Depending on the size of the area, a treatment takes between 20 and 60 minutes.
You will see a clear improvement during the healing process and immediately afterwards, but a definitive result will only be visible after 2-6 months. Since the new formation of collagen and elastin stimulated in the depths of the skin takes several weeks to complete.

- To avoid possible skin discoloration, adequate sun protection is recommended for the first 3-4 weeks after treatment. (50 SPF every 2.5 hours), as well as avoiding the solarium.
- Immediately after the treatment, the skin looks a little sore - it is reddened and there may be bleeding. Small crusts form after a day. The crusts must not be covered with make-up and usually fall off after 4-5 days.
- Crusts must not be scraped off
- Do not use your own cosmetics on the treated area for the first 14 days. No make-up, no peeling, no hyaluronic cream, no perfume or body lotion. Only the cream provided by Era Esthetik may be used, as well as thermal water/micellar water and SFP 50 sunscreen (every 2.5 hours).
- After the crust has fallen off, the treated skin area is slightly reddened for several weeks and gradually becomes lighter in color
- No sport, sauna, steam bath, facial treatments of any kind for 14 days
- The treated area should be protected from friction and contamination
