Collection and Processing of Data<\/h2>\n<p>We may collect and process the following data:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Personal information:<\/strong> Name, email address, telephone number, and other identification data provided by you.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Platform data from Meta (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp):<\/strong> If you interact with our services via Meta platforms, we may collect, among other things:\n<ul>\n<li>Public profile information, such as your name or profile picture.<\/li>\n<li>Contact information, such as your email address or telephone number.<\/li>\n<li>Messages and interactions via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct, subject to your consent and Meta&#8217;s policies.<\/li>\n<li>User interaction data, such as likes, shared content and comments relating to our Meta-connected content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Usage data:<\/strong> Information about how you use our website and services, such as cookies, IP address, browser type and interactions with the website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>3. Processing of Your Data<\/h2>\n<p>We process the collected data for the following purposes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing and improving our services.<\/li>\n<li>Personalising your experience on our platform.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with you, including customer service, appointment, treatment, aftercare and recall communications, as well as marketing messages based on your consent or, in the case of existing customers, within the statutory requirements of Section 7(3) of the German Act Against Unfair Competition (UWG).<\/li>\n<li>Analysing trends and improving the functionality of our platform.<\/li>\n<li>Complying with legal and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We process Meta platform data exclusively in accordance with Meta&#8217;s policies and applicable law. We do not sell platform data or disclose it to third parties unless required by law.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>3a. Email Communication, Appointment and Recall Reminders, and Advertising to Existing Customers<\/h2>\n<p>If you book or receive a treatment or service from ERA ESTHETIC GmbH, we process your contact details for the organisation and performance of appointments, treatments and aftercare, as well as for communication in connection with the existing treatment relationship. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where health data is concerned, Article 9(2)(h) GDPR.<\/p>\n<p>As part of our aftercare and recall communication, we may also use information about treatments already performed or recommended in order to remind you of check-ups, follow-up appointments or possible repeat treatments. Where such communication is not necessary for the performance of the existing treatment relationship, it is carried out on the basis of your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where health data is concerned, Article 9(2)(a) GDPR. Any consent given may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.<\/p>\n<p>If we receive your email address in connection with the booking or use of a treatment or service, we may use it in accordance with Section 7(3) UWG to inform you about our own similar treatments, services and offers provided by ERA ESTHETIC GmbH, provided that you have not objected to such use. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in conjunction with Section 7(3) UWG. This legal basis is not used for advertising products or services of third-party companies.<\/p>\n<p>When collecting your email address and in every corresponding message, we will clearly inform you that you may object to this use at any time.<\/p>\n<p>For the technical delivery of communications and the administration of recipient, recall and suppression lists, we may use contractually bound service providers acting on our instructions in the areas of practice management, CRM and email delivery. These service providers may process the data exclusively on our behalf and not for their own advertising purposes.<\/p>\n<p>You may object at any time, free of charge, to the use of your data for advertising and non-essential recall messages. You may do so via the unsubscribe link in every marketing email, by replying to the email received, by emailing <a href=\"mailto:info@eraesthetic.de\">info@eraesthetic.de<\/a>, by telephone, or through our reception.<\/p>\n<p>After we receive your objection, your contact details will be promptly marked as blocked or unsubscribed in our central advertising suppression list (&#8220;ERA Global Marketing Block List&#8221;) and in the marketing and delivery systems we use. Your email address may remain stored in the suppression list where this is necessary to ensure that your objection is permanently respected and to prevent further advertising communication.<\/p>\n<p>Necessary communications relating to appointments already agreed, ongoing treatments or medically required aftercare are not affected by an objection to advertising.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>4. It is subsequently deleted in accordance with Meta&#8217;s policies and our retention practices.<\/li>\n<li>We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of your data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>5. Requesting the Deletion of Your Data<\/h2>\n<p>You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time.
