The 100% absorbable threads are inserted subcutaneously, meaning beneath the skin, using a very fine guide needle. They then form a stable network that visibly strengthens the skin structure through the tension of the threads and increased production of the body’s own collagen and fibrin. This naturally tightens the treated area and restores the tissue to its original position.
The needles are removed, leaving behind an invisible framework of threads. Any mild swelling or bruising that may occur depends on the number of threads used and the area treated.

What should I do after a thread lift?
After your treatment, please follow these recommendations:
Apply cooling if significant swelling occurs.
Avoid excessive facial expressions, sun exposure, tanning beds, saunas, sports, facial treatments (such as spa treatments or masks), and hot showers for 7 days.
Do not have facial massages or deep cleansing treatments for 3 weeks.
Minor overcorrections usually settle within approximately 14 days.
Contact us immediately if you experience severe pain, dizziness, nausea, or other unusual symptoms.
Mild crackling sensations in the tissue are normal and occur as the threads settle.
Bruising can usually be covered with makeup after 24 hours.
