The so-called fractional laser creates a close-meshed grid of microscopically small holes that are shot through the epidermis. The skin can be removed over a large area. The treatment has a double effect. On the one hand, the skin is removed with great precision layer by layer and selectively on the surface. In addition, the collagen in the connective tissue is stimulated to regenerate in depth.

Depending on the size of the area, a treatment takes between 20 and 60 minutes.
You will see a clear improvement during the healing process and immediately afterwards, but a definitive result will only be visible after 2-6 months. Since the new formation of collagen and elastin stimulated in the depths of the skin takes several weeks to complete.

- Discontinue medication that can cause light sensitivity 14 days before laser treatment
- Avoid intensive tanning approx. 4-6 weeks before the treatment, do not use self-tanning lotion and do not visit a solarium
- Please come to the treatment without make-up and cream
- An anesthetic cream or local anesthetic is applied/performed before the treatment
- To protect my eyes from the laser light, I have to wear protective goggles during the treatment
- To avoid possible skin discoloration, adequate sun protection is recommended for the first 3-4 weeks after treatment. (50 SPF every 2.5 hours), as well as avoiding the solarium.
- Immediately after the treatment, the skin looks a little sore - it is reddened and there may be bleeding. Small crusts form after a day. The crusts must not be covered with make-up and usually fall off after 4-5 days.
- Crusts must not be scraped off
- Do not use your own cosmetics on the treated area for the first 14 days. No make-up, no peeling, no hyaluronic cream, no perfume or body lotion. Only the cream provided by Era Esthetik may be used, as well as thermal water/micellar water and SFP 50 sunscreen (every 2.5 hours).
- After the crust has fallen off, the treated skin area is slightly reddened for several weeks and gradually becomes lighter in color
- No sport, sauna, steam bath, facial treatments of any kind for 14 days
- The treated area should be protected from friction and contamination
