General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Era Esthetic GmbH, Matas Stoskus, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider,” and customers (consumers or business clients) regarding cosmetic and aesthetic services as well as consulting services.

2. Services

The Provider offers cosmetic and aesthetic services, including but not limited to wrinkle treatments, skin rejuvenation, microneedling, laser treatments, and other similar procedures. Services are provided exclusively by appointment and in compliance with applicable hygiene and safety regulations.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments are considered binding.
  • Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • In case of late cancellation or no-show, the Provider reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the booked service.

4. Prices & Payment Terms

  • The prices applicable at the time of booking shall apply.
  • All prices are in euros and include the applicable VAT.
  • Payment is due immediately after the treatment and can be made in cash or by debit/credit card.

5. Liability

All treatments are carried out according to the latest standards of the field. The Provider assumes no liability for unwanted side effects or results that may occur despite proper application, unless they are the result of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in the case of distance contracts (e.g. online appointment bookings).

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, provided that the contract was concluded electronically (e.g. via our website or by email).

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) stating your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
